Education

Post Graduation in Accounting & CA Certificate Level Pass. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed from public university.

Experience

Age at most 45 years

To work as the head of the finance and accounts department of the organization under the microfinance program.
Experience: at least 3 years of experience as a Head/Assistant Head of Accounts Department and at least 10 (ten) years of experience in Accounts Department in any PKSF funded NGO. Must have practical experience in international accounting system.
Computer and software based NGOs accounting. Should have practical experience in reporting of head office. Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context

Sagarika Samaj Unnayan Sangstha is a reputed organization of Noakhali district and has been implementing various social development activities with reputation for 38 years. Since 1993 Sagarika Samaj Unnayan Sangstha has been working with Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation. The organization is authorized by Samaj seva, NGO Bureau and Microcredit Regulatory Authority. Currently the organization is implementing 18 projects/programmes in education, health, sanitation, agriculture, fisheries, livestock, law and human rights, disaster management and climate change, gender and women empowerment, environmental development, sports cultural activities and Microfinance programs. It has always been working for the socio-economic development and human dignity of the poor, neglected and backward communities.

Applications are seeking from eligible, enthusiastic and interested Bangladeshi citizens for the following permanent positions under the organization's "Microfinance Program" of Core Program.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Total salary including PF, mobile bill, lunch and travel allowance will be BDT-1,03,000/-. Three month will be Porbessionery period. After confirmation of Job Salary will be paid as per the 54,500/-pay Scale of the organization. Also get festival bonus, Baisakhi allowance (40%), gratuity, group insurance, and retirement leave Salary as per Organization rules.
